Please be advised that directional GPS devices and online direction services such as MapquestTM and YahooMapsTM should be used with caution in the high country.  While these services are wonderful on our nation's highways, they occasionally give directions incorporating 4 Wheel Drive roads that are typically closed in the winter and provide difficult passage in summer.

From the Telluride airport (approx. 6 miles):

Depart the airport heading east on Last Dollar Road. At the end of the road, turn right nto CO-145 Spur. Take an immediate left onto CO-145 towards Mountain Village and the ski area. At the top of the hill, turn left onto Mountain Village Boulevard. Continue on Mountain Village Boulevard for 2.2 miles and turn right onto Lost Creek Lane and proceed to the hotel on the right side of the cul-de-sac.

From the Montrose airport (approx. 65 miles):

Depart the airport and turn left onto N Townsend towards Montrose. The road turns into Hwy 550 and continue for approx. 30 miles to the town of Ridgway. Turn right onto CO-62 towards Telluride for approx 23 miles. Turn left onto CO-145 and travel approx 12 miles.. you will pass through the towns of Placerville and Sawpit. Approximately 3 miles outside of the Town of Telluride, you will take a right hand turn towards Mountain Village, Rico, and Cortez. At the top of the hill, turn left onto Mountain Village Boulevard. Continue on Mountain Village Boulevard for 2.2 miles and turn right onto Lost Creek Lane and proceed to the hotel on the right side of the cul-de-sac.

From Durango – La Plata County Airport (approx. 120 miles):

Depart the airport and take Highway 550 to Highway 160 East. Turn right onto Highway 184 at Mancos. Turn right onto Highway 145 towards Dolores. Continue on Hwy 145 for approx 70 miles through Rico, Trout Lake, Ophir and The Ski Ranches until you see the Mountain Village entrance and take a right onto Mountain Village Boulevard. Continue on Mountain Village Boulevard for 2.2 miles and turn right onto Lost Creek Lane and proceed to the hotel on the right side of the cul-de-sac.
